In addition to your local Edwards Sales experts, we have an experienced Customer Service team based out of the head office facility in Owen Sound. This team is here to manage your orders and answer any questions you may have relating to them, so please contact us!

Judi is our experienced Order Desk Rep at Edwards! Her “can do” attitude will be evident to you the first time you speak with her. Judi can place your orders, check stock and provide delivery information to you.Contact Judi at 877 439-2737. Monday – Friday 8:00am EST – 4:00pm EST.
Janice is our Fire Systems & Project expert. Janice has many years experience with this area of our business and she excels at managing everything from small to midsize to large complex orders and the many changes that they can involve. Janice works closely with our branch sales experts and our various suppliers to ensure projects are handled with the efficiency they demand to be on site, on time!
Jennifer is the newest member of our team and has been trained to assist both Judi and Janice with their roles. Jennifer has experience in the customer service field and is gaining a great understanding of our business. Jennifer is happy to be a member of the Edwards team serving our 200 distributors coast to coast!
